Ingredients
- 2 long fresh red chilies
- 3 red peppers
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
- 1/2 tsp Spanish smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander (roots, stalks and leafs)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 4 Tbs olive oil

Steps
- Roasting Peppers
- JACO: Ask tanja how to roast peppers. place peppers in a bowl and cover with (?) to sweat. After sweating (how long?) remove the peppers and remove the blackened skin. Cut open and remove the seeds
- Cut the chilies open, remove the seeds
- Chop the chilies
- Crush garlic cloves
- In a dry frying pan, toast the cumin, (ground) coriander caraway until aromatic. Grind the seeds in a mortar and pestle
- Combine the chili, peppers, garlic, salt, cumin, ground spices, paprika, olive oil
