Chicken Thighs
from frozen
4 thighs (bone in) size of an adult man fist
oven 200C top and bottom element
line baking tray with BAking paper
salt pepper (white) ginger paprika
add the “spices” to both sides
Place in the baking tray SKIN DOWN
20 minutes
remove and rotate the chicken add a extra bit of salt
return to oven
20 minutes
remove from oven and check that juice at the bottom is clear
if not, return to oven for 5 minutes and check again
Change oven to highest heat and grill
Keep chicken skin up return the chicken to the oven, placing it at the top shelf
